HUMP Holdings shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, missed opportunities, or inability to access listings or services.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform at any time for maintenance or operational purposes without prior notice.
For paid services, any compensation, refund, or service credit due to downtime shall be governed exclusively by our Refund and Payment Policy. Unless expressly stated, no automatic refunds or credits shall be provided for temporary service interruptions.
Certain features of the AutoHUMP platform, including but not limited to premium listings, promotional placements, and partner services, may require payment.
All fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
HUMP Holdings does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to successful sales, inquiries, or user engagement from any paid service.

HUMP Holdings reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts involved in any suspected security violations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HUMP Holdings, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
HUMP Holdings reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
HUMP Holdings may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by HUMP Holdings to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of its rights.
AutoHUMP is operated and managed by HUMP Holdings from within the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
References to locations, users, or listings in other regions do not imply the existence of physical offices, representatives, or operational presence in those locations.
These Terms and Conditions are drafted in the English language, which shall be the governing and controlling language for all purposes.
If these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.

Listings on the platform are created and maintained by users. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information they provide.

The platform may display indicators such as “last updated” dates or version information to reflect that a listing has been modified after its initial publication.
HUMP Holdings does not verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy or consistency of listing information at any given time.
Users are responsible for independently verifying all listing information directly with the relevant party before making any decision, commitment, or transaction.
Any reliance on listing information is at the user’s own risk.
HUMP Holdings shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccuracies, changes, omissions, or misrepresentations in listings, including those arising from updates made after initial publication.
HUMP Holdings shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from user interactions, communications, or transactions conducted through the platform.
The platform may retain certain records of listings and related activity for operational, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes for a limited period.
HUMP Holdings does not guarantee the availability or retrieval of historical listing data beyond such retention period.
Access to archived or historical records may be restricted and, where applicable, may be disclosed only in response to valid legal requests, regulatory requirements, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
HUMP Holdings operates as a platform provider and is not a party to any transaction between users. All engagements, negotiations, and agreements are conducted solely between users.
AutoHUMP, operated by HUMP Holdings, provides subscription-based services subject to the following terms.
All subscription plans are billed based on the selected plan period (e.g., monthly, yearly). A 'month' is defined as a calendar-based period starting from the exact date and time of activation and ending on the corresponding date in the following calendar month.
For example, a subscription activated on the 26th of a month will expire on the 26th of the following month at the same time. In cases where the following month has fewer days, the subscription will expire on the last applicable day of that month.
The exact subscription expiry date and time will be displayed to the user at the time of activation and within the user account.
AutoHUMP reserves the right to define subscription periods based on calendar logic rather than a fixed number of days.
